It all depends on how much money you want to spend on em. Most of the ones I've seen are ashcan size and usually sell for anywhere between $10-$20.

If you want to keep your costs low, you can simply print out your own on regular old printer paper. 2 images to 1 side of paper, 2 images on the other side. Do enough to fill however many pages you want your sketchbook to be. Make a cover outta slightly heavier paper stock. Fold em in half, and staple em together. Sounds generic, but it's not uncommon.

If you don't mind spending some cash, use a printing service like Kablam ( [link] ) or find a local print shop you trust and work out a deal with them. *Razielssecret runs a print shop and I'm pretty sure he can get the bindings taken care of as as well.
